Prologue
In the summer of 1968, a murder was committed. Mr. Charles McKay, a 39-year old businessman from Oklahoma City, was found dead in bed one Saturday morning by his wife, Moya. The official cause of death was heart failure, caused by poisoning.
Today, 27 years later, Mr. McKay's murderer remains free.
Note from Tom:
Unfinished Business is a novella. At 30,600 words, is too long to be a short story but too short to be considered a full length novel.
Although not a long story, Unfinished Business proved challenging to write.
